Nothing has happened, my home is sitting in limbo because of their error and they refuse to contact me and review the call. My Forbearance should be immediately reinstated and extended under the *** guidelines. 10 requests via phone, uploading to their portal, and email and not one reply! My Loss *************** is in "completed but pending review" status. In the application I was required to submit an affidavit and I explained the error they made and requested again for a supervisor to review the call on and call me to discuss. I was asked to submit a full loss mitigation package which I have done and uploaded to their loan solutions portal. I have asked that a supervisor call me 10 different occasions and I have asked that the call on be listened to to verify I did make contact as requested to extend. I have an *** loan and am entitled to 12 months Forbearance. I contacted them Feb 27th 2023 to extend the forbearance. They kicked me out of my forbearance stating no contact with borrower.
